Luang Prabang 2017 - Soul Noum Cafe

Right next to Buoang is another trendy cafe that tries to rub off on the success of its more popular neighbour. The decor is colourful and warm and also really chic, so it hard to understand why Buoang next door is always packed whereas here it is so quiet. 

The menu is rather limited - but there are some gems there. The stand out is the Luang Prabang Salad - probably the most delicious salad you would every taste in town. I wish we could work out the ingredients in the delicious dressing. In fact, it was so good we went back a 2nd time.

The owner also gave us a complimentary serving of their croquettes, which was served with shavings of Parmesan on top. They were pretty delicious!
