Eating in Kuala Lumpur - Donuts

A donut craze has come over the Klang Valley in the past year or so, and is even spreading to other parts of Malaysia. It started at the brand new Pavillion Shopping Centre, where people were queueing up to buy the donuts from J. Co Donuts. Seriously ! Queueing up for donuts ?

I am not really a donut person, so having to queue up would be a big put off. However, I can see their appeal. This outlet at Low Yat Plaza is not so busy.

There are endless choices to choose from. You want durian donut ? Got it ! You want Pink Panther ? Got that too !

Donuts are made fresh at the outlet. Part of the appeal I am sure is that you can see the donuts being made.

Embarrasingly, I would be queuing up for donuts too. I wish they had them in Marrakech.

Hi Maryam. I'm surprised you can't get donuts in Marrakech. Anyway, with all that delicious Middle-Eastern sweets, you don't need them !
My favourite is the one with almond and the one with cheese on top. In fact, i think i love them all..!

mmm... I must admit that I do have a sweet tooth. The donuts they sell around here don't look even half as good as these. What I'm saying is: I guess I probably would join the queue... :-D
