Shanghai 2010 - Ice Cream
Who doesn’t like ice cream ? In China I’ve had some of the best ice cream - Shanghai no exception. Most of the ice cream here is produced by global brands like Nestle and Walls. What’s different is that there are lots of local flavours which you can’t get anywhere else, and they are very well made. Here are a few samples.
I got this at the Korean Pavilion. It is a peach flavoured stick, with chunks of peaches inside. Yum !
This was at the Zhujiajiao Water Village. Red date flavour - very nice.
In Suzhou, near the gardens. Vanilla flavour with red beans filling.
Next time you visit China, don't forget to give their ice cream a try. You will be pleasantly surprised !
