Hamburg 2016 - Neuer Wall and Alsterarkaden

The main shopping district in Hamburg is conveniently right in the centre of the city. Here you will find Neuer Wall - one of the most exclusive shopping streets in Europe with all of the luxury brands cramped next to each other. Frankly if you are not a shopaholic this part of the city is not that interesting.

Running parallel to Neuer Wall is Alsterarkaden - a 100 metre long building that is one of the iconic buildings in Hamburg. It is a beautiful arcade right along the side of the Alster Canal - lined with exclusive shops, cafes and restaurants.
