Hi all. I have exciting news ! My wife Christina just opened a bakery next to our house. It is in a converted 70s semi-D. We have refurnished it to create a warm and cosy little place for those who like sweet indulgences. If you are in Kuching, come and visit us. My cousins in Kuching are raving high and low over your wife's cakes in our closed group on Facebook, praising them to the skies...so much so that I just have to come and look.One of them posted a link to your blog.

They really sell that German Cheesecake? Wow, it's been almost a year since I last tasted one. My late grandpa always used to make a big one for my birthday. I might visit your wife's bakery this year when I have my vacation leave.

I might try that Double Chocolate cake one of these days. Have you tried making a Ricotta cheesecake? It's one of my favorite cheesecakes.

@Dylan: I know how to make one. Some friend just asked me to make a German cheesecake for a surprise birthday party.
