Singapore - The Forest Walk

From Hort Park, you can cross the road using Alexandra Arch to The Forest Walk. The Alexandra Arch is a footbridge supported by an arch structure. The locals call it the "Comb Bridge" because it does look like a gigantic comb !

The Forest Walk is a series of elevated walkways through the Telok Blangah Hill Park. The walks take you to amost the canopy level of the trees, and give you a bird's eye view of the forest. From some points you can get nice views of the Southern Coast of Singapore.

The Forest Walk is about 1.3 km long, and finishes at the Henderson Waves, another footbridge which crosses the Henderson Road from Telok Blangah Hill Park to Mount Faber Park. Together these series of walks and bridges takes you from Alexandra Road to the Habourfront where you will find the Vivocity Shopping Centre.  These are some of the nicest walks and green spaces you will find in any city, well worth a visit.
