Vienna 2016 - Vienna University of Economics & Business Part II
The most prominent building on the campus of the Vienna University of Economics & Business is no doubt the Library and Learning Centre by Zaha Hadid. This is probably one of Zaha's more subdued designs - and it is also one of the best I have had the privilege to visit. The commanding building with a huge cantilevered structure sits at the centre square of the campus.
The interior of the building looked like it was taken from a Sci-Fi set. In fact it reminds me a lot of the Einstein Tower by Expressionist architect Erich Mendelsohn.
